Hi Captains,

Please make sure to check the schedule as it has changed with a new team joining!!! anyone that was not there to pick up their folders i will leave it at your first venue along with envelopes.

I would also like to thank the captains/players that made it to the meeting!, For those that were not there here are some of the new changes you will see this season;

1- The new scoresheet/fees drop location.
- The new location to drop the stats off will be the Legion and i NEED them by Thursday evening, we discussed late fees for those who cannot make it to the legion by thursday which is PLENTY of time to get there. For those that are wanting to take A CLEAR AND LEGIBLE screen shot and etransfer the fees that is fine as well send me a txt so i know who its coming from 403-679-1374

2- End of Year Party
- I am going to change the structure by turning this more into a party, i will remove the pool & poker tournaments, lower trophies, lower or remove dinner and increase the door prizes, drinks & award prizes, so its more social and fun. stay tuned for updates on that!

3- Facebook Page
- Our facebook page is alive and well, please post pictures and videos of your nights out at league and help build an online community! (no nudity..phil) i will also being doing giveaways once there is enough of a following so be sure to like, follow and post!!

4- Monthly Raffles
- An exciting new program i will attempt to run will be a monthly raffle for a brand new cue!!! tickets will be $5 each or 3 for $10. It is open to all members, there will be a minimum amount of tickets that need to be sold before the draw can take place and that will depend on the cue up for grabs. So i will let you know each week how many tickets remain as well as details about the cue will be on the facebook page. Simply add the money to the fees along with the name of the people buying the tickets for that week and i will provide the actual ticket to those players. OR see me every tues. before, during or after league to collect your ticket!

This months cue is going to be a beautiful Lucasi Hybrid with zero point deflection tech. shaft!!!! worth over $500.00CAD ($444USD) The winner can choose the colour & weight!! Purple, Grey, Red, Pink, Or Blue.
